# Professional 120 cm Mixed Dual Fuel Range Cooker - Stainless Steel - dleete me ##### Product Description The Lofra Professional 120 cm Mixed Hob Range Cooker is the most technologically versatile product in the Professional line, combining a five-burner gas hob and two induction cooking zones on a single 120 cm brushed steel surface — giving you the best of both cooking technologies simultaneously. A main multifunction electric oven with rotisserie and a secondary electric static oven beneath provide substantial baking and roasting capacity. The blue enamelled interior cavities and brushed stainless steel exterior give it a distinctive Professional character that sets it apart from standard stainless steel finishes. The hob layout features five gas burners and two induction zones: gas provides a 1.10 kW Auxiliary burner, two 1.75 kW Semi-Rapid burners, and two Dual Crown burners — a larger Ø145 mm at 4.20 kW and a Ø115 mm model — for powerful, flexible flame cooking alongside the traditional character of gas. The two induction zones (Ø210 mm and Ø145 mm) deliver responsive, precise heat via frontal touch control, with up to nine power levels, booster function, heating accelerator, child lock, residual heat indicator, and power indicator. Gas-stop safety valves are fitted to all five gas burners. The main multifunction electric oven provides nine cooking programmes, 101-litre gross capacity, and 270 °C maximum temperature — the highest in the 120 cm Professional range — complete with rotisserie and an analogue programmer.
