The seven-burner hob on a satin stainless steel surface is one of the most generously equipped in the Professional line: two 1.10 kW Auxiliary burners for delicate sauces, two 1.75 kW Semi-Rapid burners for everyday tasks, one 2.80 kW Rapid burner, one 3.70 kW Triple Crown burner, and one 4.20 kW Dual Crown burner — the largest burner in the range — delivering intense, even output for woks and large casserole pots.
