The Lofra Professional Sirio 75 cm Gas Hob is the five-burner glass hob in the Professional Modern Collection — the step between a standard 60 cm format and a full 90 cm width, offering meaningfully more cooking capacity without requiring a major change in kitchen layout. Five burners across 75 cm gives noticeably more working room between zones than the 60 cm equivalent, making it well suited to active, high-output kitchens.

The hob is available in black, white, or red tempered glass with stainless steel trim — the same three finish options as the 60 cm Mercurio, so the two can be used together in a modular setup or independently depending on the installation. A flat-edge, 0.70 mm glass profile ensures a flush fit in the worktop.

Five burners provide a complete configuration: auxiliary for simmering, two semi-rapids for versatile general cooking, rapid for frying and boiling, and a Triple Crown at 3.70 kW for high-power cooking. Total gas consumption is 11.10 kW. Gas-stop safety, electric under-knob ignition, cast iron pan supports, and frontal control knobs are all standard.
