# Professional 120 cm Triple Electric Oven Dual Fuel Range Cooker ##### Product Description The Lofra Professional 120 cm Quattroporte Range Cooker is the most ambitious cooker in the Professional range — a 120 cm statement piece with seven gas burners and four separate oven cavities (three cooking ovens plus a lower storage compartment), available in six colours including Yellow, Stainless Steel, Black Matt, Pearl White, Ivory, and Red Burgundy. The name “Quattroporte” references the four doors beneath the hob, each giving access to a different cavity. It stands 90–91.5 cm tall and is designed for households where entertaining and large-batch cooking are a regular part of life. The seven-burner gas hob on a brushed steel surface features two 1.10 kW Auxiliary burners, two 1.75 kW Semi-Rapid burners, one 3.70 kW Rapid burner (unusually powerful for its zone class), and two Dual Crown burners — a Ø125 mm model at 4.00 kW and a Ø145 mm model at 4.50 kW. Together they deliver some of the broadest power range in a domestic hob. Gas-stop safety valves protect every burner, and cast-iron pan supports handle the heaviest cookware. The oven arrangement consists of three cooking cavities: an Upper Right multifunction electric oven at 72 litres, 260 °C, and nine cooking programmes with telescopic guides and rotisserie; an Upper Left multifunction electric oven at 72 litres, 270 °C, and five programmes with fixed guides; and a Lower Left electric static oven at 40 litres, 250 °C, and nine programmes with fixed guides. The Lower Right door opens to a 40-litre storage compartment.
