The distinctive “Up&Down” layout places a secondary electric static oven above the hob at eye level and a main multifunction electric oven below — so you can monitor both simultaneously without bending down, and run them at completely different temperatures at the same time. It stands slightly taller than a standard cooker at 90–91.5 cm to accommodate this three-tier arrangement, and the brushed steel and cast-iron finish speaks directly to the professional cooking tradition that defines the range. The hob carries four gas burners on a brushed steel surface with cast-iron pan supports: a 1.10 kW Auxiliary burner for gentle simmering, a 1.75 kW Semi-Rapid for everyday tasks, a 2.80 kW Rapid burner for high-heat work, and a 3.70 kW Triple Crown burner for maximum output when speed matters.
