Yes, all the Lofra Cookers are LPG compatible.
How do you install your Lofra range cooker?
If your cooker is a gas cooker, you will need a gas safe engineer to install the cooker by law. If your cooker is an electric cooker, we would suggest getting an electrician to install it. If you have any installation questions, please contact us.
Do you offer installation?
We offer installation to certain postcode areas. Please contact us on 01902 577060.
Why does the fan stay on when I have finished cooking?
Your cooker has a cooling fan which turns off automatically when the cooker has cooled down.
What pans can I use on my induction hob?
Induction needs pans made of materials, such as cast iron and steel, to work properly. Pans made of other materials – ceramic, aluminium, copper, glass, porcelain, brass – are not suitable for induction cooking.
It is possible to test whether they are suitable for use on induction hobs by placing a magnet under the pan. If it sticks to the bottom, the pot/pan is ferromagnetic, and therefore suitable for use with induction hob. It is also important that they have a completely flat bottom with no indentations that could cause an insulating gap and prevent the correct temperature detection.
How long is the guarantee on my Lofra cooker?

Where can I find the instruction manual for my cooker?

Should I buy a gas or electric cooker?
Gas hobs are great for controlling the heat, spreading the heat evenly on the pans meaning less time stirring. A gas oven is usually cheaper to run.
Induction hobs are easy to clean and quicker to cook on. An electric oven has even heat all around due to a built-in fan.
Why not have the best of both worlds with a dual fuel cooker.
Contact us on 01902 577060 for more information.
What is the returns policy for my Lofra cooker?
Your cooker can be returned within three weeks of receiving it. This would incur a delivery fee of £228. If the cooker has been unpackaged, then a fee of £150 would also be added. You can arrange this by calling us on 01902 577060.
Is the vent at the back of the range cooker removable?
Yes, but only on the Venezia range cooker. However, there are some models of the Dolcevita made specifically without a vent.
How do I clean my oven?
Periodically, burners, grates, covers and flame spreaders should be cleaned with warm soapy water, rinsed and dried with a soft cloth. Under no circumstances should they be washed in a dishwasher.
Avoid using abrasive materials or any kind of sharp metal scraping tool to clean the glass. Do not use steel wool, abrasive powders and corrosive substances that could scratch oven doors to prevent them from getting scratched or cracked and do not use steam cleaners to clean the
appliance.
