We work with MRCR (Midland Range Cooker Repairs), the official UK service team for Lofra appliances. For any servicing, out-of-warranty repairs or spare parts, please contact MRCR directly.

Servicing and repairs

If your appliance is out of warranty, or you’d like it serviced, MRCR’s engineers specialise in premium Italian range cookers and know Lofra appliances inside out.

Spare parts

Genuine Lofra spare parts are available through MRCR. To help them find the right part quickly, please have the following ready:

• Your appliance model number
• Your serial number (found on the appliance’s rating plate)
• A description or photo of the part you need
