We are pleased to offer free delivery across the UK for all our products. However, please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries to Ireland, Isle of Man, or the Isle of Wight. Our delivery service ensures your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
Moreover, we provide the option for the removal of your old cooker as a convenience to you. To avail this service, please ensure that the old cooker is properly disconnected from the gas line. A nominal charge of £60 will be applied for the removal service.

Returns Policy:

You have the flexibility to initiate a return within three weeks (21 days) from the date of receiving your cooker. Please note that returning the cooker will incur a delivery fee of £228. If the cooker has been unpackaged, an additional fee of £150 will be applied.

Installation Services are also available at checkout. The Installation Services are ONLY available in Mainland UK (England, Wales, and Scotland).

Our single oven cookers include the plug. However, cookers with more than two ovens require a direct connection to the mains.
