We are pleased to offer free delivery across the UK for all our products. However, please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries to Ireland, Isle of Man, or the Isle of Wight. Our delivery service ensures your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
Moreover, we provide the option for the removal of your old cooker as a convenience to you. To avail this service, please ensure that the old cooker is properly disconnected from the gas line. A nominal charge of £60 will be applied for the removal service.

Returns Policy:

You have the flexibility to initiate a return within three weeks (21 days) from the date of receiving your cooker. Please note that returning the cooker will incur a delivery fee of £228*. If the cooker has been unpackaged, an additional fee of £150 will be applied.

Installation Services are also available at checkout. The Installation Services are ONLY available in Mainland UK (England, Wales, and Scotland).

Our single oven cookers include the plug. However, cookers with more than two ovens require a direct connection to the mains.

The professional is available in a wide range of colours; however, the finish is only available in stainless steel, which is easy to clean and perfect for hiding fingerprints.
What widths are available in the Professional Range?
You may choose your favourite width among 60cm, 70cm, 80cm and 90cm in order to have the best fit for your kitchen.
Is there a second oven option with the Professional Range?
Depending on the model, it ranges from 1 to 3 ovens.
Can I have an induction hob?
Most cookers in this range are gas only, but induction zones are available in specific models.
How many gas burners are on the cooktop?
This depends on the model, but it ranges from 4 to 7 burners or 2 to 4 induction zones.
What is the minimum gap I must leave between hob and hood?
As a legal requirement, you need to leave a minimum of 650mm for an electric hob and 750mm for a gas hob.
Do Professional cookers come with telescopic rails?
Yes, they come as standard in the main oven.
Can I adjust the height of my Professional Range cooker?
All the cookers in this range come with adjustable metal feet.
