The Lofra Professional Mercurio 60 cm Gas Hob with Side Control Knobs belongs to the Professional Modern Collection — a family of glass-surfaced built-in hobs that bring clean lines and serious cooking performance to the contemporary kitchen. The side-knob layout places controls along the edge of the hob rather than at the front, offering an even cleaner visual surface and a different ergonomic option for certain kitchen configurations.
The tempered glass surface is available in black or white, with stainless steel trim throughout. A flat edge profile at 0.70 mm ensures the hob sits flush within the worktop, creating the seamless look that defines the Modern Collection aesthetic. The glass is durable, easy to wipe clean, and resistant to the heat of everyday cooking use.
Four burners provide excellent versatility: auxiliary for delicate simmering, semi-rapid for general cooking, rapid for fast boiling and frying, and a Triple Crown burner for maximum heat. Gas-stop safety on every burner automatically cuts the gas supply if the flame is extinguished, and cast iron pan supports provide a stable base for all cookware. Electric under-knob ignition keeps operation quick and intuitive. Total gas consumption is 8.30 kW.
Dimensioned at 60 × 50 cm, the Mercurio integrates naturally with Professional built-in ovens and hoods. The side-knob variant is particularly suited to island installations or kitchen setups where frontal controls would interfere with adjacent surfaces or splashbacks.

We are pleased to offer free delivery across the UK for all our products. However, please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries to Ireland, Isle of Man, or the Isle of Wight. Our delivery service ensures your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
Moreover, we provide the option for the removal of your old cooker as a convenience to you. To avail this service, please ensure that the old cooker is properly disconnected from the gas line. A nominal charge of £60 will be applied for the removal service.

Returns Policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you have the best experience with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return your cooker, our returns policy is as follows:
You have the flexibility to initiate a return within three weeks (21 days) from the date of receiving your cooker. Please note that returning the cooker will incur a delivery fee of £228*. If the cooker has been unpackaged, an additional fee of £150 will be applied.

Please note that any cooker being returned must be clean and free from damage. We are unable to accept returns for cookers that are marked, dirty, or show signs of use. If a returned cooker is found to have any damage, a small fee may be deducted to cover repair or cleaning costs.
