The Lofra Professional Dione 90 cm Mixed Hob brings together gas and induction cooking in a single black glass surface — combining the intuitive visual feedback of gas flames with the precision speed and flat, easy-clean surface of induction technology. At 90 cm, the Dione gives both fuel types enough room to breathe, making it a genuinely capable dual-technology hob rather than a compromise between the two.
The tempered black glass surface with stainless steel trim reflects the clean, professional aesthetic of the Modern Collection. A flat-edge, 0.70 mm profile ensures seamless worktop integration, and the gas zone benefits from bevelled edge detailing around the burner area. Frontal touch controls manage the induction zone while traditional frontal knobs handle the gas burners — a clear, intuitive split-control layout.
The gas zone provides three burners — auxiliary (1.10 kW), semi-rapid (1.75 kW), rapid (2.80 kW), and a Triple Crown at 3.70 kW positioned low-left — for a total gas consumption of 8.30 kW. The induction zone offers two booster cooking zones (Ø 145 mm and Ø 210 mm) at up to 9 power levels, with booster, stop-and-go function, heating accelerator, child lock, power indicator, residual heat indicator, and timer. Power absorbed is 3,600 W with a 7,400 W limiter. Gas-stop safety, electric under-knob ignition, and cast iron pan supports complete the specification.
At 90 × 50 cm, the Dione pairs with Professional built-in ovens and extractors. Its combination of glass surface and dual fuel technology makes it a natural choice for kitchen designs that prioritise both visual impact and genuine cooking flexibility.

All the in-stock product will be shipped within 1-2 weeks (estimated) and other products will be shipped within 6-12 weeks (estimated).
We are pleased to offer free delivery across the UK for all our products. However, please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries to Ireland, Isle of Man, or the Isle of Wight. Our delivery service ensures your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
Moreover, we provide the option for the removal of your old cooker as a convenience to you. To avail this service, please ensure that the old cooker is properly disconnected from the gas line. A nominal charge of £60 will be applied for the removal service.

Returns Policy:
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you have the best experience with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return your cooker, our returns policy is as follows:
You have the flexibility to initiate a return within three weeks (21 days) from the date of receiving your cooker. Please note that returning the cooker will incur a delivery fee of £228*. If the cooker has been unpackaged, an additional fee of £150 will be applied.

Please note that any cooker being returned must be clean and free from damage. We are unable to accept returns for cookers that are marked, dirty, or show signs of use. If a returned cooker is found to have any damage, a small fee may be deducted to cover repair or cleaning costs.
