The Lofra Stand Mixer 6.5L is the premium die-cast aluminium stand mixer in the Lofra Small Appliances collection, designed for ambitious home bakers and serious cooks who demand maximum capacity, precise digital control, and enduring build quality. Its 1800W motor and die-cast aluminium housing represent a significant step up from plastic-bodied mixers, delivering greater stability, quieter operation, and a more substantial kitchen presence.
A 6.5-litre stainless steel 304 bowl is large enough to handle double batches, large celebration cakes, or multiple loaves of bread in a single mix. Ten speed levels plus a dedicated Pulse function give you complete control from the gentlest folding motion to maximum-speed whipping, and a digital display with touchscreen timer controller lets you set precise mixing durations without standing over the machine.
Automatic shutoff and built-in overload and overheating protection make this mixer as safe to use unattended as it is powerful. The die-cast dough hook and beater ensure far better dough handling than standard attachments, and the stainless steel whisk produces excellent volume for cream and egg whites. A plastic cover keeps the bowl contents contained during high-speed mixing.
Available in Black Matt, Ivory White, and Pearl White. For the same specification with an added meat grinder attachment, see the Lofra Stand Mixer 6.5L with Meat Grinder.
